Mission
Our mission is to provide a fun and friendly gaming community built upon friendship, honor, and skill. We welcome new or veteran gamers who are mature and will embrace our core values and rules. We range from casual to competitive members interested in teamwork, tactics, and effective communication. We are looking for individuals who will unselfishly work together and support fellow members to build One Team.
Friendship - Forge long lasting Friendships.
Honor - Win and lose with dignity and Honor.
Skill - Improve our gaming Skills.
Organization
The 10th Solaris Rangers' Chain of Command must be followed to maintain an efficient and active guild. We are not a democracy or pretend to be knights of the round table. Decisions are made for the good of the guild by the Guild Leader with the input of Officers and Knights. The 10th Solaris Rangers must trust one another or we will not advance.
Ranks:
Guild Leader - Leader and organizer of the guild.
Officer - An officer must fully trust and understand the Guild Leader and carry out guild orders. They must also lead, support, and assist all other members. Officers are the backbone of the guild and ensure the welfare of members. They must conduct themselves honorably and represent the guild with pride.
Knight - A Knight is a veteran member of the guild and must fully trust and follow the Guild Leader and Officers. They must uphold our values and protect our interests. They are not required to lead others but may be called upon when necessary.
Veteran - A Veteran is a senior, experienced, and full member of the guild.
Member - A member of the guild has demonstrated their desire to join the 10th Solaris Rangers by completing a membership trial and/or earned the trust of an Officer. To advance to the next level we take take into account the member's length of service, loyalty, honor, skill, trustworthiness, teamwork, leadership, and guild member relationships.
Recruit - We generally welcome anyone interested in our guild who are friendly, mature, and desire to improve themselves and our guild. To become a member they must pass a membership trial or be recommended and vouched for by an Officer.
Guild Rules
General Rules:
Follow our Mission, Organization, and Guild Rules.
Members must have a friendly personality, positive attitude, and be mature.
Members are expected to participate in guild activities and arrange their own groups.
Members are expected to not use exploits, cheats, or hacks.
Members are expected to use TeamSpeak at all times while in the game.
No Drama. No public flaming. No bigotry or hate speech. No whiners.
Report all problems or grievances to Officers before they get worse.
A guild "main" character requires sole allegiance to our guild.
Activity Policies:
Actively play at least every 7 days.
Log onto the forums at least every 14 days.
Inactive members will be removed from the active roster and be classified as inactive or reserve members.
